CIS Council of Defense Ministers decides to improve joint military systems - Russian defense minister

MOSCOW. April 2 (Interfax) - The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Council of Defense Ministers has decided to improve joint military systems at a meeting in Moscow chaired by Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
