MOSCOW. May 27 (Interfax) - Food security, risks associated with higher oil and gas prices and other challenges have been addressed at a meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Council of Security Council Secretaries in Moscow on Tuesday, Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu said.
