Tokayev says Kazakh banks delaying introduction of single QR code
ASTANA. March 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated that banks are delaying the implementation of the interbank QR payment service (single QR code).
