Tokayev congratulates Kazakh biathlete on victory at Paralympics in Italy
ASTANA. March 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated biathlete Yerbol Khamitov on winning a gold medal at the Paralympic Games in Italy, the press service of the head of state reported.
