Kyrgyz President congratulates Kazakh leader on successful constitution referendum

BISHKEK/ASTANA. March 16 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev discussed the holding of the referendum on the draft of the new Constitution of Kazakhstan during a telephone conversation, the press service of the Kyrgyz leader reported on Monday.
