ASTANA. March 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The energy ministries of Kazakhstan and Russia are developing an intergovernmental agreement to increase Russian oil transit to China via Kazakhstan from 10 million to 12.5 million tonnes, Islamdaut Akubayev, director of the transportation department at KazTransOil (KTO), said.
