ULAN-BATAAR. March 26 (Interfax) - The authorities of Mongolia and Kazakhstan have signed a memorandum of understanding with the aim of developing cooperation in the energy and mining sectors, according to a statement on the website of the Mongolian Industry and Natural Resources Ministry.
