SUMMARY: Kazakhstan’s freeze on fuel, utility tariffs expires
ASTANA. April 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s moratorium on price increases for RON-92 gasoline, summer diesel fuel and utility tariffs expired Wednesday, Interfax-Kazakhstan reported.
